Older vehicle and was apprehensive but Ed was awesome I wasn't sure if there would be any other problems or if it would be too costly. But Ed in the service department was great and whoever else worked on I wasn't sure if there would be any other problems or if it would be too costly. But Ed in the service department was great and whoever else worked on the car. Although I had to return within 30 minutes of picking it up because the valve leak was not completely sealed. I was given a loaner car and they made sure the leak was taken care of. I understand these things happen and am completely satisfied with the service and overall experience was great. Unsatisfied customer! It was ok for Richard Mayos to sell me the car, after that never seen him after that. No thank you, or call me if you needed anything. He told me he’s there 7 days a week. He told me he’d be there the next day when I brought my deposit in and he was going to turn my ford in the next morning. He wasn’t there and my car wasn’t turned in, came the second day, he still wasn’t there. I tried the next day to talk to the finance mgr, he wasn’t there either. So they told me they could do something the next day. Came the next day they told me they couldn’t change anything, I wanted to drop this extra insurance that I brought extra from the finance mgr. They made a big deal about paying my $294 monthly pymt, on my turned in lease.Ford told me that I was in the window of 128? days. My car was only a $20,000 I put down $1,000 and my pymts. $340 a month for a 4 year lease! Never had to put money down on a lease and never for4 years. More
