Wesley Chapel KIA is BEYOND "HUUUUGE"! My experience began with Desti on the phone after applying online for a 2015 Soul. When I arrived at the Dealership I was greeted by Ty, while his fel My experience began with Desti on the phone after applying online for a 2015 Soul. When I arrived at the Dealership I was greeted by Ty, while his fellow associates never moved from their chairs, we entered the building, he looked up my file, & due to my low credit score (associated with 2 Heart Attacks & an extended loss of employment last year) I was unable to qualify for the Soul I'd hoped for. However, the conversation didn't end there as it usually had... Ty & Mike in Finance had a couple of Brand New KIA Rio 4Dr cars that I DID in fact qualify for... I test drove the car, was pleasantly surprised, & left the lot THAT NIGHT with my new car, Free 5 day Cruise, & "Half Court Shot" to try to get the car paid off! I'm THRILLED!! Sure beats the "Buy Here / Pay Here" options in FL. I genuinely wish I could personally shake Mr. Fuccillo's hand to thank him for such a Fantastic Car Buying Experience!!
