Great New Car Buying Experience. Its been 20yrs since I bought a New Car or any car. But my Toyota Solara blew a head gasket and I was forced to get something. So when my son said "let's go to Fucillo Kia", I was prepared for not being able to get a New Car due to some credit issues. To my surprise, I got the car and color I liked. Drove it home that very same day. The whole experience was calm with no pressure. They really try their best to work with you. Impressive. I'd tell anyone to go there and try. He and i believe John one of the managers made sure to do everything possible for me, with what i had and what i was able to afford! they were 1000% honest with me and instead of letting me go horribly upside down and having to pay more out of pocket, i ended up with a second car- which my family definitely needed! Once everything was done, Baylor was amazing enough to drive with my home considering i couldn’t drive two cars. For a rep to go out of his way to make sure i got home with both cars was outstanding!
