I wouldnt have ever even came in if it wasnt for her. Keith was my sales rep. He immediately greeted my Grandma and I with a warm smile. He was very down to earth and though he was new, he was pretty knowledgeable. I felt like we were the only people there even though the whole place was full. He made my car buying experience so easy and actually enjoyable. He was very patient with my grandma who can he a bit tough sometimes. I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend him! I was also pretty impressed with the finance dept. They got me financed rather quickly as well. They also got my payment to go down significantly from what it originally was. More

Humberto Molina always takes extra time to explain to me what my vehicle needs and why. He never rushes me and always gives me options that make me feel comfortable financially. During this last visit, I had quite a bit of work done (due to my high milage) and Francisco Baragas was the technician that worked on my Sportage. He was also extremely thorough and did an excellent job. My Kia has run as smoothly as the day I bought it, due to the great service I receive at Kia of Wesley Chapel! Thank you for all you do! More
