Outstanding Service This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my 2018 Kia Rio this past April. I had an 11:00 appointment on Friday, 07 September. This was my first visit to the service center since purchasing my 2018 Kia Rio this past April. I had an 11:00 appointment on Friday, 07 September. However, I arrived early. They took me in immediately and told me it would be about an hour. A friend that was with me and I went out for lunch.
