Don’t get scammed by Alex Alverado the gsm!!!!! I went to Fuccillo Kia with the intensions to purchase my daughter a new car as since graduating college. Instead when I was not satisfied with the most basic car and the terms I told them to void out the contract. Instead what Alex Alverado the (GSM) did was use the car rebate and push the contract through and had the car delivered to my home a week and a half later. Fraud!!!!!!! More

HUGE skeptic with Luis Castellanos I would have to say that I went in To Fuccillo Kia today and was surprisingly shocked with the outstanding service that I received. Let’s face it folk I would have to say that I went in To Fuccillo Kia today and was surprisingly shocked with the outstanding service that I received. Let’s face it folks the commercials are as annoying as heck It’s HUGE!!! But the commercial does its job, it grabs your attention!!! I was a HUGE skeptic, called up my mother said to her “Hey want to go for ride down to the Kia dealer in Wesley Chapel?” In the very least it should be entertainment within its self! I was met by Luis and thought sure here we go a pushy sales man but NO he asked what I was looking for... what amenities.... where I wanted to be price wise and I was ready to give him a run for his money in a HUGE way! But he was down to earth, was not pushing me to buy something I could not afford or felt totally overwhelmed by. Luis and I were laughing and cutting up within in the short time we had been working together. I left there feeling good with my new Serento and as corny as it sounds a friend. I left with a Huge deal, a HUGE smile and was given a HUGE hug!!!! Kudos to you Luis you made a HUGE believer in me!!!!! More

Door Recall Gone South I brought my Kia Sedona in for a factory recall on the side sliding door and a battery part they didn't have during my regularly scheduled maintenance I brought my Kia Sedona in for a factory recall on the side sliding door and a battery part they didn't have during my regularly scheduled maintenance. My appointment was at 1000hrs and I was about 20 minutes early but, they took my vehicle anyway. About 1100hrs the unnamed desk person called me up and told me one of my fuel injectors was gummed up and would I like to have them replace it. At the same time he told me my cabin air filter should be replaced. I told him no on both accounts because I have a three year free maintenance package. I said, "why I am being asked about replacing fuel injectors and cabin air filters when I came in for a door recall and a battery part." Took two hours to get out of there. When I arrived home and went to open the side door which had just been worked on, the same problem still exists. I have tried the door several times and I continue to experience the same problem. Unhappy customer Had my oil changed in June. The service writer talked me into upgrading my service to include a complete inspection. Everything checked out to includ Had my oil changed in June. Soon after the oil change, I observed oil on my garage floor. Thinking too much may have drained out, I checked the oil level and found it to be about an inch above the fill line. I took the vehicle back and said I believed my vehicle was over filled with oil. Their response was the leak was because I had 150,000 miles on my car and they could replace my head gasket for over $700. I next complained to Kia motors who stated that Fucillo service told them I brought it in with the oil leak (not true). They also changed out my wiper blades after I had changed them the week before and showed them the receipt. Needless to say, I received nothing to correct the damage done to my vehicle. How convenient for the service department to fall back on my mileage. I do know that I had no oil leak before the oil change, I also know I will never buy another Kia or use their service. It appears they are more worried about making those HUGE sales quotas and not about their loyal (past) customers. More
