HUGE mistake Where do I begin... HUGE mistake! We should've gotten up and walked out but we were foolish and now we are stuck with a literal 'smelly/stinky' Kia So Where do I begin... HUGE mistake! We should've gotten up and walked out but we were foolish and now we are stuck with a literal 'smelly/stinky' Kia Soul! It has had a foul odor since after the first few days of having it! They have had it in twice and now we are waiting on a call from the service department because they do not have any loaner vehicles because of a HUGE Optima recall funny thing is I was told that same story back in September of 17! We had an appointment for this past Saturday but they couldn't really do anything that day because those type of issues are handled M-F... hmmmm I had an appointment which I scheduled with someone there and made clear why I needed an appointment! They did look at one other issue which was the rough idle and determined that the alternator pulley is defective BUT according to service is 'safe' to drive! They claimed they ordered the part and it would be in yesterday and to my surprise I still haven't heard from them yet! I am so disgusted with the lies and nonsense that this place advertises!!! They don't care about customer care! I have emailed them and of course gotten no reply! I could go on and on! Going here was a HUGE mistake! They screwed us in a HUGE way! Buyer BEWARE!!! More
Brake Line scam? I had gone to this dealership's service department on several occasions. Many were for the typical tire rotation and oil change. I did not have any issues with the typical preventative maintenance service. This last trip to Fucillo Kia was because of a leaky and corroded brake line. Long story short, the ASSISTANT ADVISING MANAGER told me all of the brake lines needed to be replaced, and that only a Kia manufacturer had the brake line for my car and had to be ordered. He estimated the repair to be $1,300 dollars. I did some research and asked other auto service companies about it. Skipping some of the minutia about doing research and asking around, I found out that the break lines could be fabricated for much less than what he quoted me for. I went to a different auto service company and it cost me $550. Do not trust anything their advisors say! Question everything! especially the things you do not understand. More

My sales representative was Fredy Carreno, and when i tell you this man is an excellent sale's person , he was very patient and honest and does not put you over your budget or under just to make a sale. He tries to keep it as simple and as cheap as possible. I would definitely recommend his services to any of my friends or family because he tells you the truth about his cars. Body shop is even awful I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't the I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't they just total it out. After my brother went in there and talked to them they did give me a rental car which they should have done to begin with and said it was going to be another week. (of course it wasn't done in a week) After that week had passed they called me the next day and said it would be ready either Thursday or Friday and they would call me. I Hadn't herd from them at all. I was told my car was "done at least 3 times, I would go to pick it up and there would be several things wrong for instance my car was never cleaned, the door STILL does not shut properly, the panels don't line up. ALL IN ALL WORST BODY SHOP. Oh and might I add, Dave and Quincy did not communicate well what so ever. Service, management I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock hitting my condenser, I believe that the condenser if it can hold up to a teeny tiny rock then it should be a manufacturer defect. As stating with Kia Wesley Chapel there's nothing they can do to solve the issue or fix the issue. And as it goes for the cruise, I was told that sign up by the 15th of February when I signed up on the 13th of February they stated that I was no longer allowed to sign up and I could not go on the cruise. If you can remember they were a precision Kia before they were fuccillo Kia same here just different names More

To be sure our sedona iissafe and reliable I took it to the Kia deaer in our area. I was met by Mr Humberto Molina who is the best advisor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He explained every thing that he thought i would need done as far as maintenace dictated and nothing else. There was nothing that he tried to push off on me and only what I needed and nothing else, unlike the last two nationwide auto centers that advertised an oil change and rotation of the tires for under 20 dollars and by the time i left the bill was over one hundred for repaiirs not needed, Humberto gave me a estimate that came out to the penny and nothing more. all in all the new owner of wesley chapel Kia restored my faith in Kia and gave me comfort not having to worry about my wife and kids hile they are on the road.
