BEWARE OF CHANGES OF TRADE OFFER IN PAPERWORK! My offer was decreased and I lost 4K on my trade in. I am now upside down instead of positive. I verbally accepted 35.5k on my trade in and owed 29k. My offer was decreased and I lost 4K on my trade in. I am now upside down instead of positive. I verbally accepted 35.5k on my trade in and owed 29k. About 2 weeks later it wasn’t sitting right and I went back and looked and they only gave 31k for my trade. I’m now upside down on a Kia forte. I went in and complained and it was the salesman’s word against mine. I will never go back and I’d recommend you to avoid! I should’ve paid closer attention, and that’s on me. But they should’ve done the right thing! More

Took my K5 in for it's first service check and Robert "Rob" Delvaccio was my service advisor. He could not have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. In fact, the entire service departmen "Rob" Delvaccio was my service advisor. He could not have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. In fact, the entire service department at Southside Kia seemed to go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have been to many service departments over the past 55 years and this was the best department I have ever experienced. Love this place and love my Kia. More
