I took my car in for service recently. Tommy Mercer oversaw the repair. Took my K5 in for it's first service check and Robert "Rob" Delvaccio was my service advisor. He could not have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. In fact, the entire service departmen "Rob" Delvaccio was my service advisor. He could not have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. In fact, the entire service department at Southside Kia seemed to go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have been to many service departments over the past 55 years and this was the best department I have ever experienced. Love this place and love my Kia. More
