Overall the experience was pretty good! My sales guy Cruz was fairly new but was very nice and helpful! I was not happy with the 12 credit inquiries, especially since I was told I was already approved prio was fairly new but was very nice and helpful! I was not happy with the 12 credit inquiries, especially since I was told I was already approved prior to coming in for my scheduled appointment. If I had known they were going to do that, I would have used my own credit approval I came in with. I gave them the opportunity to give me a better rate (which they did) but at the expense of multiple hits to my credit which I don’t approve of but it is what it is. The final hit was leaving the lot in a new (used) car with a completely empty tank of gas. My only thoughts on that are NOT COOL AT ALL! Overall, I would purchase again there but only with my own approval and be a little more insistent on a FULL tank of gas being that is just respectful. More

I went to Keifer Kia because they were the only ones in town who offered tire rotation with an oil change. While there I was told there were a number of recall issues for my vehicle and asked if I wanted t town who offered tire rotation with an oil change. First I’d like to say I’m a lifelong Mercedes owner. I like a solid vehicle and I’m willing to pay for a quiet cabin and a door that sounds solid when you close it! I must admit I was nervous to be entering the Kia lot, as I was completely expecting to be ravaged by a starving flock of piranhas! I quickly discovered my experience would be the exact opposite! What a pleasant surprise! My sales representative was Mark. What A great guy! He made us feel like long lost friends. We probably would have felt comfortable getting in his fridge without permission by the end of our visit! Upon entering the lot the sales manager came and spoke to us. He explained how he likes to do business. He explained they like a no hassle experience and they won’t try to gouge their buyers with higher interest loans or items they don’t need. He returned later in the process and small talk turned to sharing life stories! It was a great experience! We left in a beautiful vehicle feeling like we made new friends!
