First I’d like to say I’m a lifelong Mercedes owner. I like a solid vehicle and I’m willing to pay for a quiet cabin and a door that sounds solid when you close it! I found those qualities, and more, in the Kia Telluride! What a beautiful vehicle! Another thing I like about Mercedes is the no hassle, low pressure of their sales staff. I must admit I was nervous to be entering the Kia lot, as I was completely expecting to be ravaged by a starving flock of piranhas! I quickly discovered my experience would be the exact opposite! What a pleasant surprise! My sales representative was Mark. What A great guy! He made us feel like long lost friends. We probably would have felt comfortable getting in his fridge without permission by the end of our visit! Upon entering the lot the sales manager came and spoke to us. He explained how he likes to do business. He explained they like a no hassle experience and they won’t try to gouge their buyers with higher interest loans or items they don’t need. He returned later in the process and small talk turned to sharing life stories! It was a great experience! We left in a beautiful vehicle feeling like we made new friends! How often does that happen at a car lot! More
