Worst car buying experience ever! This place is a circus! I live in Arizona and was trying to buy a new Kia for my Grand daughter. They lied to me regarding price, they wanted to finan This place is a circus! I live in Arizona and was trying to buy a new Kia for my Grand daughter. They lied to me regarding price, they wanted to finance me at 14.87%? After being switched to three different sales people I finally contacted Management. Now I was finally given a purchase order but it was $5000.00 more than what the sales people had told me. I never bargained on the price, and it went up $5000! Then they added a service agreement for another $2850.00. So Management said he would get with the other salesmen and straighten this out, and call me right back. HELLO! that was Wednesday afternoon, so still not hearing from them, I went to Sheppard Hyundai and purchased the new car for my Grand Daughter, Thank You Adam!!! I will never Buy at Kiefer Kia, Very Unethical! This is NOT how to do business!!! More

The service dept. In particular is awesome. Josh Williamson was so helpful. My airbag light came on and I called Medford where it was bought. They told me not warranted. They called Keifer for a part. Sarah ask about a discount beens it was air bag . Well after checking few things and code that showed was one that was extended warranty. Josh got me in quickly and drove up from Coos Bay. In and out in 1 1/2 hrs. So nice and saved me a bunch. More
