Everything was great and all the staff was very friendly and professional, but the dealership needs to remove the street light in the middle of the parking lot that we backed into and damaged our new car! Great experience with the purchase of my vehicle, however their Service Department needs to step up their game. I had to return to the store twice because they neglected to reset my oil change reminder not their Service Department needs to step up their game. I had to return to the store twice because they neglected to reset my oil change reminder notice. The first time back, the young man seemed like he didn’t know how to use the computerized screen. He also forgot to set the amount of miles needed before the next service, I had to return yet again, when the reminder came on. Also, I was told during my service that I needed to change my engine air filter. Then when my appointment was over, they informed me that “Because my vehicle was new (2023 KIA Sportage), they didn’t have the filters ordered for it yet and I would have to check back. Just my personal thoughts, if you are going to sell vehicles, shouldn’t you actually HAVE the parts needed to do a service on hand? What is the reason for co Ing to a dealership, if they don’t have the parts to fix your vehicle? I also think that a GOOD Service Department would have said, “We will call you as soon as we have the filter you need to have replaced”. But instead, I got, “ YOU will need to check back with us, until we have the parts”. Not the best customer service experience to say the least. If I had to give my experience a grade, ieould put the purchase experience as an “A”, but my Service Department experience would be a “D”. Not really a happy customer, that isn’t looking forward to returning for future service. More
