I was very disappointed with the service I received. I dropped my car off at 8am and it took almost 5 hours for them to assess the car; which nothing was. When I bought the vehicle I was told we'd have a 5year and/60000 mile warranty. Come to find out ALL the managers over the last year were politely shown the door and this has been an ongoing issue where there is no warranty information. However, I do have a gotten. But am told I'm misinterpreting it. I finally got back to the dealership and walked in to be told they would be work me shortly. I stood there for about 10 minutes with NO ONE in there and finally got tired of waiting and asked for my car. I WOULD NOT buy another Kia from this dealership even though I had debt another person there prior as my initial 2 experiences were GREAT. More

I love the video they send you to show you the work they did on your vehicle. They send you where you want to go via Lyft while waiting for repairs to be completed.
