The oil change I received there this past December, they put an oil filter in my vehicle that had no seal so the oil leaked out in just a few weeks. I had to make an emergency stop because I was suddenly out of oil and had someone replace it and refill the oil, which was completely empty. When I took the faulty oil filter into the service center at Kiefer, they implied that either I or the person who replaced it was lying. I did not feel like they had taken me seriously, or were willing to compensate me for their mistake. In the same visit, I spoke with someone in their service center about getting some scratches fixed on my vehicle before the extended warranty I purchased expired. I was told that they would call me back with a time, since only one person does interior repairs, and I never heard back from them. Now I feel like they possibly shortened the life of my vehicle with the oil filter error, and that I wasted money on warranties that they did not honor. This is my second Mazda, but probably my last, and I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them, and if you do, don't use their service center and definitely don't get talked into any protection packages or warranties.
