THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. BOUGHT A BRAND NEW GRAND TOURING CX-5 AND NOTICED A FACTORY DEFORMATION IN THE GRILLE MOLDING AND BROUGHT IT UP TO OUR SERVICE WRITER BRANDEN WHEN WE TOOK IT BRAND NEW GRAND TOURING CX-5 AND NOTICED A FACTORY DEFORMATION IN THE GRILLE MOLDING AND BROUGHT IT UP TO OUR SERVICE WRITER BRANDEN WHEN WE TOOK IT IN FOR SOME PROBLEMS YOU SHOULD NEVER ENCOUNTER WITH A NEW VEHICLE. WE HAVE BOUGHT MANY NEW VEHICLES ALL FORDS AND THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY A MAZDA THIS TIME AROUND AFTER OUR FORD ESCAPE GOT TOTALED AND WHAT A MISTAKE THIS WAS. THE BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT WITH THE SALES LADY BUT EVERYTHING AFTER THAT HAS BEEN A DISASTER. FIRST THEY TRIED TO SLIP IN A SERVICE CONTRACT AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM DURING F&I AND WE DID'NT CATCH IT RIGHT AWAY BUT NOTICED IT A COUPLE WEEKS LATER AND TRYING TO GET THEM TO TAKE THIS OFF OUR CONTRACT BUT THEY TOOK FOREVER AND WE HAD TO INVOLVE OUR CREDIT UNION TO HANDLE THIS SINCE THEY PROVIDED THE FINANCING AND AFTER 2 MONTHS WE FINALLY GOT THE CHARGES REMOVED FROM OUR LOAN. THEY ARE NOT A DEALERSHIP I WOULD EVER VISIT AGAIN AND I WILL FIND ANOTHER DEALER TO DO MY WARRANTY WORK EVEN IF I HAVE TO GO TO SALEM OR PORTLAND. THE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS THE SALES. WHEN WE DROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE OUR SERVICE WRITER WAS BRANDEN AND HIS ATTITUDE WAS TERRIBLE. HE ACTED LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HIM OR THAT HE HATES HIS JOB AND NEVER SMILED AND HAD A MISERABLE ATTITUDE. MANAGEMENT SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOU AND HE IS NOT SOMEONE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT POSITION. HE ARGUED WITH US AND TOLD US THINGS THAT WERE A TOTAL LIE. WHEN WE GOT BACK TO OUR BUSINESS I LOOKED UP THE PART AT MAZDA AND FOUND JUST THAT PART NOT THE WHOLE FRONT BUMPER AND SO HE SAID MAZDA WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT HE CALL AND LET US KNOW AFTER I HAD TO GET UPSET WITH HIM TO DO HIS JOB. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I HAVENT HEARD A WORD FROM KEIFER SINCE EXCEPT FOR A FOLLOW UP CALL TO ASK HOW OUR SERVICE WENT AND HOPING IT WAS A 10 OUT OF 10 AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH CHEYANNE TO LET HER KNOW HOW BAD OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM HER IN 2 WEEKS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CALL AND WANT INPUT IF YOU DONT CARE BECAUSE THIS DEALERSHIP DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER ONLY THEIR POCKET PERIOD!!!! I HAVE GIVEN UP TRYING TO REACH THEM SO I JUST DECIDED TO THROW MY EXPERIENCE TO THE PUBLIC AND WARN PEOPLE OF THIS NIGHTMARE. WE HAVE ONLY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 5 MONTHS. THEY WOULDNT LET US BRING THE CAR IN EARLIER BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 SO WE WAITED AND THIS WAS THE OUTCOME.SAD,SAD,SAD. IF RAN MY BUSINESS LIKE THIS I WOULDNT HAVE ONE BUT THEN I DONT WORK FOR QUANTITY I WORK FOR QUALITY AND WE LISTEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE CARE OF THEM NO MATTER WHAT BECAUSE I KNOW WHERE MY PAYCHECK COMES FROM AND BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ABOVE ALL ELSE. DON' FALL FOR THE 4.5 STAR RATING BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM THAT HIGH OF A RATING. More
Hands down the best group of folks I have ever dealt with while car shopping! These guys are caring, sincere, and doing their best to get you what you want. I don’t know where to start. I made an apt with the girl, Jessica, there like DAYS before, text her 4 cars I wanted to test drive. None looked like the stock photos, one got the keys stuck and the steering wheel locked up. Jessica didn’t have any idea where the cars were located on the lot or the cost or the miles on them and one wasn’t even at the dealer.. it was at the body shop! It was a nightmare. They really didn’t want to sell anything! Then to top it off I get a text from them on Sunday saying ‘sorry we missed you yesterday’ 🤦🏻???🤦🏻??? More

Awesome experience I had an awesome experience with getting my car. Fadi worked very hard to make things happen for me as well as my sales person Dylan. Both really kind I had an awesome experience with getting my car. Fadi worked very hard to make things happen for me as well as my sales person Dylan. Both really kind and had the car picked out and ready when we got there from Albany. Every other dealership said no to me because of my negative equity and very average credit but Fadi worked hard to get me a single digit interest rate as well as affordable payments. So thankful for them and helping me out. Would recommend. More

You get excited and sign . Then read later to see they have lied and nothing you can do about it . Also watch getting extended warrenty . I was told 2k bought a 100k mile warrenty got home to noticed the paper work said 45k miles instead . Please read everything before signing anything . We made a mistake by just signing away excited with lack of time and ended up paying way over cost from what sales guy was telling us . Our big mistake was not reading what we were signing trusting it was the way sales guy said . In a hurry . We were told they were selling 2016 nissan versa for 11.5k then after we put down 2k they said that price was after the down payment we paid almost 13.5 total liers to get you excited. Lied to us. Went in knowing exactly what we wanted, a straight trade of a 2014 Jetta TDI for a 2013 Passat TDI with slightly more miles--should have been simple. Went in knowing exactly what we wanted, a straight trade of a 2014 Jetta TDI for a 2013 Passat TDI with slightly more miles--should have been simple. Ended up getting a lecture from the manager about how they wouldn't be able to easily sell our Jetta due to the VW TDI compliance issue, so we wouldn't be able to get what we were wanting for it. Turns out the Passat we got is affected by the TDI issue ANYWAY, so that should have been a non-issue. Also, before we went in I had looked at pictures of the Passat (on their website), which had two areas of visible scratches & a dent showing dark underneath (it's a white car). When we looked at the car on their lot, it had been painted in poorly. Kristin told us this had to have been the old owners and they couldn't fix it or otherwise compensate for it...um, no, otherwise it wouldn't have been visible in the pictures you took! Still waiting to hear from them for the bumper replacement we negotiated in!! We worked with Kristin, who was very helpful (until we told her exactly what we wanted)...then her facial expressions changed and she went to get her manager to sit down with us. We were there for at least 4 hours trying to keep our toddler happy while they worked us over. I left happy with the car but extremely disappointed in yet another dealership lying to us. What's the point of a salesperson if you ultimately have to go through the entire negotiation with a manager again?!! More
Would not recommend I got a truck there late last year that's had more than its fair share of issues. I would recommend against buying used out of their lot. The sales process was fine up until I mentioned that I was going to be taking the night to think about it, and I would return in the morning if I decided it was what I wanted to do. After saying that, It went from talking with one sales person to being talked at by three people who were pressuring me to sign the papers then and there. One of the sales people tried to make a point by saying there were no trucks like that one within 100 miles, except that the lot literally across the street had the same truck, same year, with 4000 more miles for roughly the same price. Overall a fairly bad experience, I don't plan on returning, nor would I recommend the lot to anyone I care about. More
