My wife began working out of town, so we decided to trade in our aging s-10 blazer for a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. I found a couple nice vehicles online and made an appointment to come see them. I wa in our aging s-10 blazer for a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. I found a couple nice vehicles online and made an appointment to come see them. I was hoping to look at an 07 camry, but the salesman recommended an 09 corolla. It was only a little more and he claimed financing would be easier on a 09 than an 07. The price seemed fair, so we decided to move forward. They didn't give me much for my blazer, but I had expected that. I figured my gas savings would offset any loss I took on it. I was worried about getting financing as I haven't had credit for a long time and I had a couple hiccups. I was amazed when the salesman came in and said "I got you approved, but for 425" (we had mentioned we wanted to keep payments below 400). After meeting with the finance guy, we came to 368 a month. They provided a good warranty and gap insurance. We signed about 100 papers (as usual), and took away our new car. Two days later I got a call from the dealer saying we needed to come down to Eugene to go over our loan. When we got there we were told we would need to put about 5,000 down or get a very good co-signer. Not being able to do any of that they refunded our down payment and I drove off in my blazer. I can understand not getting financing, but it makes me irate to think that they told me verbatim we were approved, when we obviously weren't. The only credit I will give them is they refunded my money and trade-in and didn't charge us for any mileage or cleaning on the corolla. More
The decision to trade in my CX7 for a more fuel efficient car was difficult. I loved that car and drove the heck out of it. Justine Bartch was so patient and allowed us to test our new CX5 for as long as w car was difficult. I loved that car and drove the heck out of it. My experience at Keifer Mazda was excellent. I worked with Justine Gallant, sales consultant. I came in to look at a CX5 and had done my homework comparing different small crossover cars. I had been mos with Justine Gallant, sales consultant. I came in to look at a CX5 and had done my homework comparing different small crossover cars. I had been most tempted by the tried and true Honda CRV, but ultimately the CX5 won for me. Justine was very professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and most helpful to me as I made my decision and able to answer additional questions i had.Her sales style was was gentle, helpful, not pushy. Accessibility to she or the finance department with my questions to help set up a lease was exceptional. I had experience both with Russ and Fadi in talking about and negotiating lease specifics. Now I am happily leasing a car that I like. Next....time will test the service department now for the life of this car while I am driving it! More

Our experience was measured based on feeling as though we were treated like customers and people rather than a monthly sales quota. Right off we told Keith what our needs were and what we could afford, he wa were treated like customers and people rather than a monthly sales quota. Right off we told Keith what our needs were and what we could afford, he was honest and did not try to sell us something that we could not afford. Keith was the opposite of what we have grown to expect when dealing with a care salesman and his professionalism earned Keifer Mazda a family of customers that look forward to doing business with them in the future. I went into Kiefer Mazda for a used car yesterday. I went in late in the day, hoping to trade in a great car that was due for mileage-based maintenance I couldn't afford for something similar, and, with the in late in the day, hoping to trade in a great car that was due for mileage-based maintenance I couldn't afford for something similar, and, with the equity I had in it, with smaller or no payments. Basically, replacing the car I use only to go back and forth to work. My wife, who was sick at home and not able to come along, whose opinion I greatly value and whose life would be affected by any financial decisions I make. I spoke to a salesman I bought our last car from, the family car we still use. I felt a little railroaded (typical for car sales) and was presented with a car that seemed decent. Exchanging a few texts and phone calls with my wife (one with the salesman's phone), it became clear that the blue book value of the car I was about to be sold was about half of the price that they were selling it to me for. By the time I got that message, it was already nearly two hours after close and I just said I needed to walk away and think about it. I was having issues getting the key (they were reviewing my car as a trade-in), and then the salesman said he'd be right back. He pulled out his phone (I was expecting he was calling a colleague to bring the key). He was calling MY WIFE. He called, bitched and yelled at her over sabotaging the deal. This was degrading and insulting to both of us. I only realized what was happening at the end and demanded my key. I was quite unimpressed. DO NOT buy a car from these guys without looking up a blue book value for yourself. More

They WILL take advantage of you. They will not explain the terms so that you can understand. I went to this dealer to find out about how much money I won with their mailed advertisement. Before I could re the terms so that you can understand. I went to this dealer to find out about how much money I won with their mailed advertisement. Before I could realize it, I was being pressured into signing for a new car with the dealer taking my daughter's car as trade-in. I was manipulated into signing the contract for the car loan. The dealer also took advantage of my language barrier and fraudulently added several expensive items (extended warranty, anti-theft etching, etc) without explaining what these things were and that were not been installed. Then when I brought the car home, it turned out that my daughter did not want me to trade her car in. Also the institution that the dealer tried to finance through did not take the loan. So after I went back to try to rescind the deal, I was told by Fadi, their General manager that I don't know what my rights are and that I have to accept their in-house financing. After asking why, he said:I am done with this, and hung up. That to me is unprofessional and unethical behavior. More
