I went into Kiefer Mazda for a used car yesterday. I went in late in the day, hoping to trade in a great car that was due for mileage-based maintenance I couldn't afford for something similar, and, with the in late in the day, hoping to trade in a great car that was due for mileage-based maintenance I couldn't afford for something similar, and, with the equity I had in it, with smaller or no payments. Basically, replacing the car I use only to go back and forth to work. My wife, who was sick at home and not able to come along, whose opinion I greatly value and whose life would be affected by any financial decisions I make. I spoke to a salesman I bought our last car from, the family car we still use. I felt a little railroaded (typical for car sales) and was presented with a car that seemed decent. Exchanging a few texts and phone calls with my wife (one with the salesman's phone), it became clear that the blue book value of the car I was about to be sold was about half of the price that they were selling it to me for. By the time I got that message, it was already nearly two hours after close and I just said I needed to walk away and think about it. I was having issues getting the key (they were reviewing my car as a trade-in), and then the salesman said he'd be right back. He pulled out his phone (I was expecting he was calling a colleague to bring the key). He was calling MY WIFE. He called, bitched and yelled at her over sabotaging the deal. This was degrading and insulting to both of us. I only realized what was happening at the end and demanded my key. I was quite unimpressed. DO NOT buy a car from these guys without looking up a blue book value for yourself. More

I and My husband were both greatful to the Internet Director and the General Manager of the Kiefer Mazda lot in Eugene, OR they both made us feel like we are important and not a set of credit rating nu Director and the General Manager of the Kiefer Mazda lot in Eugene, OR they both made us feel like we are important and not a set of credit rating numbers, I had found a Ford Focus for myself and a week later my husband found a Jeep Comander for his self they still made the purchasing of both vechiles easy, affordable and fun. We would highly recomend this group of indiviuals to any of our friends and family. I would like to THANK everyone at Kiefer Mazda for being professional and friendly. It was a joyful experience to talk to them and purchase our vechiles from them. More

They WILL take advantage of you. They will not explain the terms so that you can understand. I went to this dealer to find out about how much money I won with their mailed advertisement. Before I could re the terms so that you can understand. I went to this dealer to find out about how much money I won with their mailed advertisement. Before I could realize it, I was being pressured into signing for a new car with the dealer taking my daughter's car as trade-in. I was manipulated into signing the contract for the car loan. The dealer also took advantage of my language barrier and fraudulently added several expensive items (extended warranty, anti-theft etching, etc) without explaining what these things were and that were not been installed. Then when I brought the car home, it turned out that my daughter did not want me to trade her car in. Also the institution that the dealer tried to finance through did not take the loan. So after I went back to try to rescind the deal, I was told by Fadi, their General manager that I don't know what my rights are and that I have to accept their in-house financing. After asking why, he said:I am done with this, and hung up. That to me is unprofessional and unethical behavior. More
Don't go here. Crooks, all of them. They pressured me in to a car I can't afford, and now I'm looking at 11,000 dollars of debt at the age of 19. Long story short, they'll screw you over. to a car I can't afford, and now I'm looking at 11,000 dollars of debt at the age of 19. Long story short, they'll screw you over. More
Bought a used Ford Fusion from Kiefer Mazda. The door ajar warning light was on and told us it was an easy fix but really pressured us into buying an extended service contract to cover electronics. after ajar warning light was on and told us it was an easy fix but really pressured us into buying an extended service contract to cover electronics. after buying the Car and taking it into the service department to have the warning turned off it keeps going off every time you hit a pot hole or bump and now airbags shut off warning warning is randomly going on and off and Kiefer says there is nothing they can do about it. It is Now a safety issue with the airbags and we are looking for an attorney to pursue the issue of a lemon car. Kiefer also screwed up the loan and the pay off on our trade in put us through a week of hassle with are other bank and a late fee for taking so long too pay it off. Very poor service. Kiefer Mazda was very rude and inconsiderate and I will never buy another car from them. Also 2 other people I talked to have had the same kind of issue with them Lying and not standing behind their Car's. More
This was a wonderful dealer to work with. Very friendly and honest. We bought a new Mazda 5 at a great price. Days later, after having an awful experience at another large name Eugene dealer, we went back and honest. We bought a new Mazda 5 at a great price. Days later, after having an awful experience at another large name Eugene dealer, we went back and bought a used Subaru from the Mazda dealer... They had one sent from their Subaru dealer in Idaho! Mitch and Fadi were great. I'd go back in an instant and highly recommend them. More
I bought a brand new Mazda 3 i Touring and I will never buy from there again. The car was dirty on the inside, looked like someone put their feet where the hinges are, and scratches on the outside and a de buy from there again. The car was dirty on the inside, looked like someone put their feet where the hinges are, and scratches on the outside and a dent on the roof of the car. Fadi made it seem like we are the ones that put the dent on the roof of the car. Trust me if it was something I did I wouldn't be so unhappy with my experience!! Also, scratches on the inside on the door handles, and the lower part of the inside of the passenger front door. A few of the things were fixable but not all of them. Fadi the General Manager isn't the greatest guy in our opinion. He made it seem like the damages were no big deal when in fact when you buy a brand NEW car at full price you don't expect to have damages to the vehicle! I feel like I bought a USED car for the price of a NEW car! We asked if they could fill up the car for our inconveniences but do you think they would do that. The answer would be NO! We also asked for All- Weather Floor Mats for the rainy weather, do you think they did that for us? Again the answer would be NO! This has been the WORST experience ever buying a brand new car. When we got the car back from repairing the dent, the inside of the car was dirty. The back passenger door handle had dirt on it, the center console was dirty. The door for the tire jack was removed (why would this be)? I don’t expect to get my vehicle back dirty on the inside. More
Day one, Coop worked with us and allowed us to test drive SUVs that we were interested in. Day two, Amanda did everything in her power to get us into our cx-7, and she made it happen!
