The opposite of a customer-oriented/satisfaction experience When I walked into the dealership to the used car manager yelling at the top of his lungs at another employee for a sale she had made, I should have k When I walked into the dealership to the used car manager yelling at the top of his lungs at another employee for a sale she had made, I should have known this experience would not be one I would remember fondly. I strongly encourage others away from this dealer as actively as I can, hoping they avoid the same pushy, take-advantage-of-the-customer experience that I had. Several examples besides the aforementioned shouting match between the two employees include: 1. When I was informed of the value of a truck I was trading in, it seemed low compared to the KBB value. When I asked the used car manager, Dave Luciani, if they could possibly go lower on the price of the car I was purchasing, he responded by yelling, "If you want to see a price go down, I can lower the offer on that truck you have!" 2. In addition to the car i bought, I also purchased an extended warranty. However, I received absolutely no paperwork pertaining to that warranty. 3. After purchasing the car and getting it home, I had a case of "buyer's remorse" and called to ask what policy was is place in the case of such an event. I was informed by Mr. Luciani (very loudly) that I was "lucky to get such a nice car for such a low price" and I was "lucky he even took the truck and he shouldn't have even given me as much for it as he did". He also voiced that I should be grateful to him for giving me such a nice car. I was informed there is nothing they would do to help me because I signed the contract and the sale was final. I understand the Iowa state law has no "buyer's remorse" period for car sales, and the KCC does not either. I took the awful deal they offered and that is my own fault, however it does not excuse the way I was treated throughout the entire affair. Between the lack of professionalism and pushy sales pitches, I do not recommend this shady dealership to anyone. I tried to contact the owner/president, Dale Zude, via phone several times to address this situation and was told he "does not take those kind of calls". I sent a letter voicing my concerns and discontent with the way I was treated and the deal I was given to Mr. Zude. The letter has been ignored the same way all the calls were. This dealership claims to pride itself on taking care of it's customers and, directly from their website, they claim "We know our job isn't finished until you're completely satisfied." Obviously, this is the farthest thing from the truth. I will continue to actively encourage those in the Quad City area to do their car shopping elsewhere, at dealerships who take pride in the work they do and the customer care they provide. More

Amazing experience! I never really leave comments for any business, but my experience here was so good that I wanted to. My experience at this BMW dealership was just unr I never really leave comments for any business, but my experience here was so good that I wanted to. My experience at this BMW dealership was just unreal. Patrick was just amazing! He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very honest and straightforward - things that I did not encounter in other BMW dealerships and dealerships in general. I was shocked by how decent and helpful he was, and Lawrence Nemec was cool too - he did the financial part. Patrick managed to get everything in order, saved me ton of time, and helped me out in real time. Aside from all that, although I was really sick (coughing & sneezing every 3-4 secs), he showed me the car, set it up for me, paired my phone with my new BMW, and spent a while explaining me all the different tech options my car had, which I had no idea about. Many of those tech features actually were instrumental in my 1000 mile drive back home. He went out of his way to be helpful and took care of my requests in real time so I did not have to wait. If that wasn't enough, he even got me bottled water and tissue for the road, and even helped me find a good Italian restaurant in Davenport where I have never been to before. I have lived in 9 states and many cities, and dealt with all kinds of people.. but I have never met a salesman who was so honest, direct, professional, diligent, helpful and real. Patrick loves what he does, and he really cares for people having an amazing experience at this dealership. He wants people to feel and understand their cars - and that is key in having that special connection with your BMW. I did. And that cannot be quantified and must not be underestimated. Furthermore, I argue that it is THE MOST important thing of all because at the end of the day what really matters is one's perception and experience. I will never forget how I was treated and will drive 1,000 miles again to buy my next BMW at this dealership in a 3-4 years. I am very thankful. More
Great experience buying my first BMW I first met Patrick when I walked in to browse on a Thursday night. After listening to my thoughts on what I was looking for, he showed me two cars ( I first met Patrick when I walked in to browse on a Thursday night. After listening to my thoughts on what I was looking for, he showed me two cars (BMW 328i xDrives) that were really good options. I test drove one. It was a relaxed and fun experience where his knowledge of the vehicle and connection to what I wanted in a car were very well demonstrated. I felt zero pressure. About a week later a different car became available that was even more well aligned to my needs. We talked and I made a fair but pretty aggressive offer. Patrick supplied all the information I asked for and more and helped me understand the difference between this car and the others I was looking at with other dealers. I believe I got a very good deal. The car is in tremendous condition was detailed nicely. Turns out that Patrick sold this car to the 1st owner. All of this inspired great confidence for me. The purchase experience was good, normal paperwork and conversation about options like extended service and warranty. Again, no pressure. Dan Fox finished up the paperwork with me. It was also a no pressure experience. I am super happy with the car and the guys at Kimberly BMW were great to work with in the whole deal. I confidently recommend working with them and will do so when the need/chance arises again. More

We wanted something a little different to drive, Volvo, Lexus, and Mercedes. Nothing came even close to the BMW. We came back to BMW because it really is "the Ultimate Driving Machine". We will be loyal customers to BMW for years to come. Would also like to mention that one reason we stayed with Kimberly BMW was because the service department is better than any I have ever experienced. Shout out to Brandon in Service.
