The detailing team stinks but Brian is meticulous and actually did the detailing of the vehicle himself to ensure that I was happy (it is spring, pollen season, and the vehicle was a mess from sitting on the lot). Kindle does some great things for the community as well such as donating to a local charity (Marine Mammal Stranding Center) in my name which I thought was outstanding.
