I had been to three other Ford Dealers trying to buy a new car . . . . I was pretty frustrated by the time I found Karyn. I didn't buy the car I started out looking at from Cape Auto when I went in to Kindle. This was a good thing because I got 10 times the car for the same price! I left very HAPPY. Kindel Staff is always a pleasant and friendly group of people. Their service work is done timely as promised and when an unexpected delay occurs I get a call and a quick resolution.We have purchased four people. My husband is in hospice at home. I told him I couldnt be away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I was a bit upset as I had had bad news from the hospice nurse and had to leave him and away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I may not be able to leave home for a while without someone there due to his downward spiraling condition. He was so sympathetic and understanding. He efficiently handled my requirements. He showed me how to get the refund on the special and went over the bill etc. He was very friendly and comforting. He explained all charges. I hope he stays. He is new to the service dept. I have only been going there for a few visits and last time I was treated nicely but this time it was royally, by Blaine. When I come back it will be because of Blaine AND the specials, in that order!!! More

Having dealt with Kindle when I was in need of body work after an accident, I decided to try this dealership for Service. I met Mr. Wilson, who was most cordial and made my first service experience a very pleasant one. Needless to say, I will be returning to Kindle for all future service. More
