I need a car for my wife that is not driving us crazy with the gas price going up every single day. He shows me around and I fall in love with the Hyundai Sonata. He tells me all the documents we need to bring in but I want to make sure my wife will be as excited as I was, so I came back a day later with my wife and she was as excited as me. The rest was so fast, she gets approved file the forms and the last thing I know, we were driving home the first car my wife ever own. What a dream come true. Thanks, Knox! The Grady Household Competent, friendly salesman who spent a great deal of time explaining the new equipment. The Acadia was purchased by King Buick GMC from another dealer who declined to swap vehicles. It resulted in a nominal profit for King but they stood by their deal. I would definitely buy from King again. More

Customer service/care was horrible. What happenen to customer service & care? My service was horrible, I asked the service manager if my Paid bill could be fax to my insurance company I What happenen to customer service & care? My service was horrible, I asked the service manager if my Paid bill could be fax to my insurance company I was told to do it myself. Unfortunately, I don't have the fax number that the dealership faxed my claim to so my issue is still unresolved. King need to bring back your old crew, at least they knew how to talk to customers.
