When I asked how much a car was, they took the time to determine which rebates I would actually be eligible for - and gave me an exact dollar amount for what I would need to pay to take the car home (dealer fees, taxes, title, etc.). No run-around. Once I arrived at the dealership, the price was exactly what they said it would be and the purchase experience was very smooth. Particular kudos to Pierce York for his forthrightness during the process and to Jamal Allen for all the follow-up paperwork. More

Terrible Terrible at Service BAD BAD BAD, They damaged my new car in the Service & they are acting like they are doing some kind of favor fixing my car. NO APOLOGY & NO FOLLOW UP. You have to chase them to find out what's going on.  It's been almost a month & my car is still not fixed. AGAIN NO APOLOGY & NO FOLLOW UP. That's how you get treated. I was very happy with my brand new Soren I have only ever had 2 positive car buying experiences in my life and both occurred at Laurel Kia with Jamal. I was very happy with my brand new Sorento LX purchase in 2015 and am ECSTATIC about my 2017 Sorento SX purchase made yesterday. 2 years ago, my credit was poor and I was given a 16% interest rate. Yesterday, after almost 2 years of on-time payments and Jamal's advice and encouragement; I was approved with a 0.9% interest rate and no payments until NOVEMBER! He was good at listening to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay. We felt like he really cared about his customers. We found the Kia Sorento that had all the features we wanted and agreed to a fair price. My husband really dislikes being in a car dealership for hours filling out all of the paper work when we purchase a vehicle so the next day Darrel guided us to doing the pre approval on line and basically had all of the paperwork ready when we came to pick up the vehicle. We financed through Kia and a gentleman named Jamal, went over that with us. He was very nice and professional too! They made going through the paper work easy and painless.
