We initially filled out an application online. The next morning Jamal called me and took my information over the phone so I didn't have to make a special trip to the dealership. I went in later to look at couple of used vehicles never once feeling any pressure. I received a call later in the afternoon from Jamal and he gave me a few options over the phone. Again no pressure, he actually said "take some time, talk it over with your wife and call me back when you're ready. That evening I returned to the dealer with my wife & daughter. Again no pressure at all to make a decision right there. Jamal presented us with a few more options vehicle wise. He knew our price range and what we wanted in a vehicle and never tried to push anything on us. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Kia Rio that night. We were there well past closing time because everyone wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible and no one in the entire dealership made us feel pressured one time. I honestly can not find on negative thing to say about the entire experience. I would hands down recommend this dealer every day of the week. More
