This was my first choice for a new car. I spoke to Brian and explain that I was just looking that day and wanted to looked at two other cars, but Kia was my first choice and I would be back. Upon entering the dealership everyone was very friendly and nice. Brian show us several cars and explain all the options. We went back to his desk and answer a few question and I told him I would be back. He call me in a few days and ask if I wanted to take a test drive of the car and I made the appointment after taken a test dive I made my decision. The dealership personnel was excellent, everyone who talked with us knew their business. The fair trade in price was not what I expected. I really felt I should have received more for my trade-in. And the new car that I received should not have been sold as a ne car because when I received it, there was 506 miles on it. These were the only things I really dislike. Overall, I will give the dealership, personnel and my sale person 100% rating. Will recommend them to others. More
