I had the best possible experience at Laurel Kia. I had been looking to buy my first car all day and had gone to 2 other dealerships before coming to Laurel Kia. I had been to a Nissan dealership and they been looking to buy my first car all day and had gone to 2 other dealerships before coming to Laurel Kia. I had been to a Nissan dealership and they weren't very helpful and refused to budge on the price of a used vehicle so that it would fall within my budget. When I came to Laurel Kia, my salesman, Andrew Ortiz was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made my parents and I feel very comfortable and we didn't feel like we were being pushed into a certain car. When the car I originally wanted was a little out of my price range, I was feeling discouraged and ready to walk away when Andrew told my parents and I not to worry, he would get me into a car that I liked and that I could afford. Andrew and the finance guy, who's name I can't remember :-(, worked for hours to get me a price that I could afford on a car that I now love. I ended up driving away in a brand new 2013 Kia Soul with a cheaper monthly payment than Nissan was willing to give me on a used car. I've had my car for a month and I love my car and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received at Laurel Kia. I will definitely go back when it's time to buy my 2nd car. More
