I was a faithful client until today when the service for my 2018 Rogue was denied the free lifetime oil change. I originally leased the vehicle and then purchased it; the dealer mentioned the lifetime oil c my 2018 Rogue was denied the free lifetime oil change. I originally leased the vehicle and then purchased it; the dealer mentioned the lifetime oil change award and I was getting it up to now. Today the service agent said that it will no longer will be free. When people ask me about my car and service, I would always commend the deal I got and the service. They went back on their word! I will no longer recommend King Windward Nissan! My service agent was Matt and I don’t blame him for this problem, he was just doing what he was told. Also, they used to offer a car wash, and they didn’t. More

The dealership itself is alright. I've purchased a vehicle there before and it was your typical used car salesman stereotype. It wasn't a good experience. This time, however, i feel so blessed to have had Tanya as my salesperson. She explained everything, she was knowledgeable of most of the vehicle's features even though it was not a Nissan. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle I hope she will be there. I would want to work with her again. She really is great. More
