I was a faithful client until today when the service for my 2018 Rogue was denied the free lifetime oil change. I originally leased the vehicle and then purchased it; the dealer mentioned the lifetime oil c my 2018 Rogue was denied the free lifetime oil change. Today the service agent said that it will no longer will be free. When people ask me about my car and service, I would always commend the deal I got and the service. They went back on their word! I will no longer recommend King Windward Nissan! My service agent was Matt and I don’t blame him for this problem, he was just doing what he was told. Also, they used to offer a car wash, and they didn’t. More
The dealership itself is alright. I've purchased a vehicle there before and it was your typical used car salesman stereotype. It wasn't a good experience. This time, however, i feel so blessed to have had Tanya as my salesperson. She explained everything, she was knowledgeable of most of the vehicle's features even though it was not a Nissan. Next time I need to purchase a vehicle I hope she will be there. I would want to work with her again. She really is great. More
