Jessica was awesome. She worked hard and went the extra mile. She is by far the best car salesperson I have encountered. Matt the sales manager also did a good job. Safety check certificate not with the car. Safety check expires this month, was supposed to be addressed but I forgot, was waiting there half a day to complete transaction. Original price quoted was not as advertised online. This was corrected after I mentioned. Micah was polite and knowledgeable and a good communicator. I think that the sales and finance team were overwhelmed and too busy which caused some mistakes or oversight. More
