I’ve had mixed results in the past with service representatives recommending expensive repairs that I couldn’t afford and that I feel could be held off on at that point Other than the mechanics needing to be more careful with not getting my floors greasy, the experience was good. The service manager is making arrangements for my floor mats and carpeted floor areas affected to be cleaned. We really appreciate the shuttle service. Hopefully the repair yesterday took care of a faulty engine sensor that shut down the car while we were driving. I will be in touch with the service manager if I do encounter the same problem again with the engine turning off while driving We will continue to take our vehicle to King Windward Nissan.
