disappointed 3 hour wait- for a free oil change and tire/balance rotation and NO CAR wash bcuz crack I had all other times I got my car washed there ugh!! My appt was 945a and got my car back after 1p; missed two work meetings and that was completely frustrating. I should’ve been told about the timeframe or kept updated instead left sitting around completely frustrated. The guy that checked me out was very pleasant and I could tell that he was “embarrassed”” that it took so long; very apologetic. Gotta say tho usually service is amazing but not so much this time. More

For a service check - just took too long For a service check - it just took too long - 5 hours I checked in a little before my appointment at 8:45 am and it wasn't finished till after 2 pm For a service check - it just took too long - 5 hours I checked in a little before my appointment at 8:45 am and it wasn't finished till after 2 pm I expected to wait so we came back after 12 pm ( 3 hrs) and was disappointed that the work on our car wasn't even started. Doug was very helpful and nice and the service technican explained everything and seemed very thorough, but the time it took to get serviced was longer than we anticipated. But very glad that they discovered and diagnosed the problem - but took too long to get to our car. If they schedule us for a 9 am appointment, I would not expect it to take till 12 or 1 pm to start on it. Would you? More
