Service Why do we make appointments and the small things are not done yet. My husband took in my car for oil change, safety check & to check the back doors. At times they don't open when you press the button to open it. My car was sitting over 5 hours until I checked on it and was told it was waiting to see the mechanic to find out the problem of the doors. No safety check or oil change done within that 5 hours. I told Ryan to get it done and I would reschedule the doors. This is the 1st time in all the years that I've owned Nissans from this location that this has happened. What was worse is when my husband called me and said no one from Nissan called yet. He was pissed and was yelling at me. I didn't appreciate that. More

Immediate Repair was required Car engine failure coming up the Pali after work. Drove straight to King Windward and even though it was after service hours Tiffany (Service Center) Car engine failure coming up the Pali after work. Drove straight to King Windward and even though it was after service hours Tiffany (Service Center) assisted me. I was able to leave my car for engine checkup the following day.
