When he called me later in the day he explained what they found with the problem. I had asked him about flushing my brakes which I had been told on a previous visit should be done, but Ryan said he checked and the brake fluid was good so wait until I hit 20,000 miles. I really appreciated that he didn't try to tack on other services to my car. Also, Tony the shuttle driver is awesome too! He is friendly and got me to work in no time, safely! He also called me when he came to pick me up. Love the service guys at King Windward Nissan!! More

Exceptional Customer Service Provided by Mr. Ryan Togashi Brought my daughter's Rogue in for a 60,000 mile service on 18 Jun and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ryan Togashi. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met or exceeded. Although wait time was expected to be long (8:30-3:00 possibly) I informed Ryan I was prepared and willing to wait. The expired safety check was brought up and I asked him to please put the new sticker on straight as the old one was slapped haphazardly on the bumper and looked bad (purely cosmetic). Ryan also made me aware of the 15% Costco membership discount, even going as far as printing the certificate saving me $200+ dollars. Going even further, Ryan had the service completed by 12:00 because he had two mechanics working on the vehicle. SO YESTERDAY RYAN TOGASHI MADE MY DAY. Many, many thanks to you Ryan for the exceptional customer service I received and for the reminder that it still does exist. BTW the safety sticker is no longer an eyesore! More
