Long service Service took much longer than expected. I was running late so I tried to call and let them know but nobody picked up the phone for over 10 minutes. I waited in the car for about 10 minutes before a service rep approached my car and said to leave the keys and check in inside. I waited another 10 minutes in line. It took me three times to reach someone and when someone finally answered the phone, I was told the person at service was out to lunch. She asked for my name and the person in service would call me back in 30 minutes. One hour and a half and no one had called. When I called the fourth time, I asked why she did not call me back. All she could do to apologize. She expressed that she probably was on the phone with other customers. So I asked if they had priority over me who called earlier. Again, she apologized. Other than that, the service for oil change was terrific and I will them a 5 star. Fast and right on. More
