Easy Lease Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. Jessica was very sweet and easy to deal with. Did not feel the usual pressure. Matt was fine but the financing/lease process took way too long. I was there for 5 hours and very little of that time was negotiating price and trade-in. I like this dealership a lot. They are close to my home, clean my car, provide transportation when they are servicing.This is my 3rd Leaf and I love it. I was holding out for a red one that was a Plus. Had they had it as a Plus SL, I would have bought instead of leased. More

My Experience at King Windward Nissan My husband and I were in the market for a Nissan Leaf. I called KWN and asked to speak to a sales representative. I spoke with Irwin and we made an appointment to meet in a few days. When we met with Irwin, we found him personable and helpful. He tried to accommodate our wishes, for the blue color and extended range. We also wanted to get some sort of "year end deal." After much to and fro, we came up with a price we could both live with. We then went to the financial office and met with the man there. This was less satisfactory. He spoke very quickly and glibly, and we couldn't understand a lot of what he said. We ended up buying the car with credit, which we didn't need to do, because it was a better deal. We're still not sure why, but we agreed to it and will pay the balance in a month or so. Then Irwin met us at the car and explained a lot of how the car works and took us for a test drive. This was very helpful, and we drove off happy new Leaf owners, which we still are. It's fun to plug it in, and we find we don't have to that often. More

Disappointed Worst experience I'm dealing with rn. New truck, black ants in/out, truck needed to be fumigated, California grass sticking out from under my truck, no floor mats (still waiting). We waited a long time until we got to see the truck. Robert Stewart highly recommended that I purchase the Gap Protection, it was calculated in to the contract deal from October 1 til today (Dec. 18, 2019). A letter was sent to me stating that my Gap protection was canceled. Letter's exact words, "Cancellation Request Received And Contract Has Not Been Submitted By Your Dealership. Contract Has Been Voided" by my dealership (King Windward Nissan). So, I went in to the dealership on Nov. 5, 2019 to see the finance guy, Robert Stewart, told him the situation and showed him the letter. He said he forgot and has going to turn it in. I called CNA yesterday and today to find out my status. Yesterday I called to late. They were closed but I called today and they said that I don't have a Gap Protection with them. So here I go again trying to reach Robert Stewart of course he's not in. He's on vacation. He'll be in on Dec. 27, 2019. I'll wait he gets back. Days after purchasing my truck, I tried to bring it in to get it washed but the car wash was out of service. Maybe 3 weeks later it was up and running. But now, the car wash is out of service again. It's a lot to endure. On the other hand, my sales guy Ryan Medeiros was a great salesperson. Very helpful, polite, professional. He tried to help us get the best deal possible. Thank you Ryan for all your help. I give you 3 stars. More

Most people finance so it is only a few dollars a month and they probably get away with it. I had a signed offer (signed and agreed by buyer and seller) and they tried to sneak the extra in there, saying you know you have to pay tax, fees, etc etc. Yes, it was included, we negotiated down from an out the door price, I spent over 3 hours there. Guess what, I grabbed by credit card and checkbook (yes it was a cash deal) and left. I finally found a different dealer that negotiated fairly and I was able to purchase a car elsewhere. To recap-they reneged on the deal, tried to rip me off by adding to our already agreed price, and treated me like an idiot. Well, this idiot spent his money elsewhere. More
