Disappointed Worst experience I'm dealing with rn. Robert Stewart highly recommended that I purchase the Gap Protection, it was calculated in to the contract deal from October 1 til today (Dec. 18, 2019). A letter was sent to me stating that my Gap protection was canceled. Letter's exact words, "Cancellation Request Received And Contract Has Not Been Submitted By Your Dealership. Contract Has Been Voided" by my dealership (King Windward Nissan). So, I went in to the dealership on Nov. 5, 2019 to see the finance guy, Robert Stewart, told him the situation and showed him the letter. He said he forgot and has going to turn it in. I called CNA yesterday and today to find out my status. Yesterday I called to late. They were closed but I called today and they said that I don't have a Gap Protection with them. So here I go again trying to reach Robert Stewart of course he's not in. He's on vacation. He'll be in on Dec. 27, 2019. I'll wait he gets back. Days after purchasing my truck, I tried to bring it in to get it washed but the car wash was out of service. Maybe 3 weeks later it was up and running. But now, the car wash is out of service again. It's a lot to endure. On the other hand, my sales guy Ryan Medeiros was a great salesperson. Very helpful, polite, professional. He tried to help us get the best deal possible. Thank you Ryan for all your help. I give you 3 stars. More

Bait and Switch-beware the charges Had a deal in writing on a vehicle, when in the finance office they tried to add almost $2000 to the price. Most people finance so it is only a few dollars a month and they probably get away with it. I had a signed offer (signed and agreed by buyer and seller) and they tried to sneak the extra in there, saying you know you have to pay tax, fees, etc etc. Yes, it was included, we negotiated down from an out the door price, I spent over 3 hours there. Guess what, I grabbed by credit card and checkbook (yes it was a cash deal) and left. I finally found a different dealer that negotiated fairly and I was able to purchase a car elsewhere. To recap-they reneged on the deal, tried to rip me off by adding to our already agreed price, and treated me like an idiot. Well, this idiot spent his money elsewhere. More

Outstanding service The second I sent an inquiry to Nissan your internet subject matter expert, Mrs. Jessica Kondo answered the call running all questions were answered f The second I sent an inquiry to Nissan your internet subject matter expert, Mrs. Jessica Kondo answered the call running all questions were answered for four days straight. On Sunday I showed up without an appointment and she immediately started working different way to make me a great deal. At the end of the day /evening we worked the the lease for a wonderful Nissan 4x4 Midnight addition. Jessica went above and beyond a Management’s responsibilities and should be rewarded for her outstanding efforts. More

KING WINDWARD NISSAN IS THE BEST ON O'AHU/WINDWARD SIDE I really love King Windward Nissan because Jessica has great customer service. She answered my emails, texting & phone calls. She met me at the fron I really love King Windward Nissan because Jessica has great customer service. She answered my emails, texting & phone calls. She met me at the front entrance in the parking lot. Took me to the office & offered me a cold drink & we started talking stories on what I was looking for in a new car. I was there on a Tuesday for 6-7hrs test driving (2) Nissan cars, drinking soda, being offered pastries, etc. Jessica's customer service skills were spot on. She deserves a bonus.
