Second Time Was Just As Good As The First! 2nd Nissan purchased from Windward Nissan Within the past 3-4 years. Had the pleasure of working with Kealii, Irwin, and Matt on my 2019 Rogue purc 2nd Nissan purchased from Windward Nissan Within the past 3-4 years. Had the pleasure of working with Kealii, Irwin, and Matt on my 2019 Rogue purchase. Zero sales pressure, Kealii found me several year end rebates, that, along with end of the year pricing made the purchase a no brainer, price wise. When Kealii was swamped with work, Irwin stepped up to offer a very friendly helping hand. Matt made the finance portion of the transaction a breeze. When I had some issues with picking up my new vehicle, Kealii actually dropped the car off at my home, in the pouring rain. Awesome customer service! Will look to Windward Nissan again if I need to purchase a 3rd Nissan. Keep up the great work guys! More

We did not have Nissan on our list, but a quick stop and chance meeting with Jessica completely changed our trajectory. My experience with Rob Stewart soured the experience. He was very nice and friendly, but I did not appreciate the 'on the spot' decisions I was asked to make. I know this is a sales ploy and will not change, but I would have wanted to know my extended warranty options BEFORE sitting down to sign paperwork. I was asked time and again to increase my monthly payment plan I worked out with Jessica. I am still not sure what I ended up with as I signed up for GAP insurance that would "decrease my monthly payment" by a dollar or so, but then when I was looking at the paperwork I brought home I saw a $622 charge for GAP insurance. The $622 fee was NEVER mentioned. This makes no sense at all to me how my monthly payment can decrease when the price of the purchase evidently increased $622. More

I quickly brought it to my Sales person Christian. He was looking for them when I came back to the dealership in another vehicle. None to be found . So Tyler on of the car prep guys went and got me a brand new set of mats for my vehicle. A few days go by and I notice there is no cover in the back of my car in the last row. I call Christian. He tells me it is an Accessory, not included with the car? I have to buy it. $270.00. Hmmm... wish I paid attention when I drove off the lot about that one. Was not the answer I thought I would get. Anyway, that's the reason for my rating. More

I also wanted a used car but when I went back to purchase the used car the following day, someone already purchased the used car. That was a bummer because I really wanted it and the price was right. I ended up getting 2 brand new cars..really enjoy driving but need to get to know the nuances of the car, like the wiper, radio etc. . More

Mixed feelings I have been very satisfied with the professional customer oriented Service and Parts Dept Staff. They are always available to assist and provide options. I've been going to them for 14 years with my current truck. I'm not so impressed with New Vehicle l Sales staff. I purchased a new vehicle the sales price was sole reason for picking this particular vehicle, it was a no frills 2019 Nissan Frontier. The purchase process took way to long for a straight forward deal, the sales Rep had to keep going into the back room to re-compute the price, as I asked about only two minor options to add (a bed liner and or Mud flaps). I understand that the price on the truck was competitive enough that the Dealership didn't want to add any incentives to make the sale. However I felt that the sales rep was disingenuous: First he kept insisting if I bought the truck that I'd have to take the truck off the lot that day for it to be considered sold (when in fact I didn’t pick it up till the next day) . Seconded; he gave me nebulous pricing cost to add and install mud flaps and worked hard to dissuade me from getting a bed liner (I can only assume that it would have delayed the deal he was anxious to make). He first wrote on the original sales offer that "Mud Flaps $200 installed" but, after several long trips to the back room, he came out and said that they would be $94.50 each set (front and back) and this price was his "Cost Price". He said installation would cost $140 for labor. When I questioned that this seemed high to install the mud flaps when he had written (on the sales offer) that they would be “$200 Installed" he said that he meant “+ Installation. I explained that’s not what he wrote but he just said the new price was what it would be. I wanted to have these on my truck so agreed (my mistake). He again went to the back room for 15-20- min and came out with a 4th offer that increased the price by several hundred dollars ($329) to include the mud flaps and he said they didn't have them in stock and I'd have to wait 2+weeks for them to come in. Since then i checked with other Nissan dealers in Hawaii, all had them in stock and all were significantly cheaper ($70 per set; installation approximately $70 for all four). I even called King Windward Parts and found out that they didn't have any in stock but could order them $92 per set) cheaper than the sales rep “Cost Price”. When the final bill of sale came out it had nothing about adding an additional cost for mud flaps it just had some smoke and mirrors computations to come out to our agreed total price. They had me sign another document that said nothing else was promised except for mud flaps were being added. It didn’t break down the cost of the Mud flaps by item. In order to just get a couple hundred dollars more on the sale that they milked me for the mud flaps. I feel cheated even though the price of the truck was great. The bad taste of how they handled the overall sale is what I came away from the deal with, not what a great price I got on the truck. More

Some car dealerships are pushy and annoying, these people were very professional and knew the fine line . I left buying the right car for myself. As for other depts, there is room for improvement . A car should never be sold by a dealership without a safety check certificate, it's illegal to drive without one,. It could have costed me court time and $100 fine per ticket. More
