New Fussion The salesman did an excellent job of showing me the range of cars they had to offer. I am very glad with the car that I chose. My wife and I were not pleased though with the finance person. He spoke way to fast. We asked him to slow down explaining the details. but he did not. It was like he was in a hurry to get use out of there. There were two additional charge that were added to the bill that were not on the widow sticker, We had to tell him to remove because we were not interested in them. He appeared agitated and responded with a cynical tone when we requested to remove those charges. By the time we left we were not even sure we paid the right price for the car. When I took the car back on Tuesday to be detailed that was not done satisfactory. There was still scuff marks on the interior drivers side rocker panel trim piece. Water spots on the inside of the windshield near the dash board. The wheels still had dirt and grime on them. I like the car and I like the salesman. I am not sure if I would recommend the dealership. I would recommend how ever Mr. Charles. that is why I checked the box No on dealership recommendation. You should another box Maybe. I was only some what satisfied with the new car buying experience. It was better the when my wife bought here 2014 Edge from another dealer. They were terrible. More
