A truely great experience This was the first new vehicle we have purchased in 12 years, and the first time doing business with Kings Ford. We drove over 45 minutes to deal wit This was the first new vehicle we have purchased in 12 years, and the first time doing business with Kings Ford. We drove over 45 minutes to deal with Kings Ford. My sales person Anthony was very nice to deal with and not pushy to make a deal, he worked hard to take care of our needs. The initial Edge we wanted to purchase was already bought on the day we came to the dealer for a test drive. Anthony allowed us to test drive another Edge and as requested he worked hard to find the Edge in the color we wanted from another Ford Dealer at a reasonable price. He ensured that the vehicle was transferred timely and detailed. He even made arrangements to get some cosmetic things taken care of with the Edge. He made sure things were taken care of with the Edge to our satisfaction. My only comment is that all warranty paperwork was not provided after signing the papers when car was signed for. A few days later this was taken care of and all warranty papers were received. More
