Mixed feelings I have no problems with Mike Duffy or the salespeople I talked to, or the car I purchased... I am upset over the fact that price was agreed to over I have no problems with Mike Duffy or the salespeople I talked to, or the car I purchased... I am upset over the fact that price was agreed to over the phone (after the original salesman, Paul Plunkett, talked to his manager) and since it was not either discussed with Mike Duffy or it was ignored when the "better" deal was found,(they saved me 0.4% on interest, but I am paying more for the car, don't see where that is "better" for me) was not the final price I paid for the car. Had I been just a little more alert, (after working a full day, starting at 4 a.m.... and rushing around to get there... I wasn't on top of my game) I would have caught this, so it is partly my fault. . Either way, I am still not pleased with this part of the deal, they agreed to a price and charged me more. More
