Mr. Anthony Alexander was wonderful to work with. From the moment he greeted me to the time I left, I was in good hands. I'm not a big car person but I shared my must-haves and Mr. Anthony guided me right the moment he greeted me to the time I left, I was in good hands. Poor customer/sales service & follow up! Very bad experience - would not recommend or go back! Went back to purchase a Nissan Murano after a brief test drive couple weeks prior. Dealt w/Ruben Very bad experience - would not recommend or go back! Went back to purchase a Nissan Murano after a brief test drive couple weeks prior. Dealt w/Ruben for the sale since Hayden was not in that day & I was ready to purchase. Waited for almost 2hrs to sign paperwork while another customer was given Skyline & signed their paperwork. Vehicle had some minor damage they agreed to repair as part of my deal. Ruben continually made promises of how he was there to assist & not just make a sale. Car was given to me with barley enough gas to get home and I almost ran out. Ruben agreed he would "take care of me" when I returned & get me some gas. When I called to make arrangements for the damage, I also let him know there was no wiper blade on the back window. He then says they don't provide gas for 'used' car sales and would look into it and the wiper blade replacement. When I took car back in, he was off & I dealt w/Hayden who said he knew nothing about the my issues (after Ruben told me to speak with him). I was given a rental while the work was done, but asked by Ruben at the last minute to return it so they wouldn't have to pay for another day! When I came back - they still hadn't replaced the wiper blade and I had to wait for Hayden to go get one and put it on. Hayden also asked for my spare key while there and when I left found out the one they had all along was no longer working (but didn't tell me) & had to go back and see why (bad battery). Spoke w/mgr (Mike) who did apologize & agreed to give me gas & oil change for my trouble. Nope wouldn't recommend them to anyone! On a positive note though -the girl at the service desk was very helpful and friendly. More

Sales Staff is deceptive I always heard good tings about Kings Ford and used to see the commercials from Bob Ring and the Ford Project 2K store and thought the dealership was I always heard good tings about Kings Ford and used to see the commercials from Bob Ring and the Ford Project 2K store and thought the dealership was very nice and easy to deal with but a recent experience there was so awful I had to share. After trying to get a deal on a new Ranger the offer was presented to Kody Lowe who treated me like a second class citizen and someone who couldn't afford the truck. I ended up going to Northgate Ford and got the same truck and will never go back to Kings. More
