Never again! At first, we felt like we received great deals at Kings Ford. We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape for our daughter no problem. Then, we went the following At first, we felt like we received great deals at Kings Ford. We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape for our daughter no problem. Then, we went the following week to trade in my 2011 Ford Expedition and get a 2015 Ford Escape and during the deal, we were told that the Carfax was showing that our Expedition had had the airbags deployed so they couldn't give us a lot for trade. They did give us payoff though $6.038.02. We made the deal anyway and went home with the Escape. Fast forward to us seeing our Expedition on their website for sale and the Carfax is not showing that the airbags had been deployed. They tried to place the blame on Beechmont Ford for not telling us but discouraged us from going and questioning them to why they didn't share this information with us when we purchased it from them. They have it listed on their lot for $12,946 (internet price) and they have not done anything to it. They are just waiting to screw someone over again by not telling them about the airbag being deployed (or has it really been?) Personally, I am not wasting my gas to go back to that place they call a dealership to argue with them. I figured more people would know how dishonest they are by reading this. So please if you are looking to purchase a car please go anywhere but Kings Ford. More

Bad day that turned out great! Sal Tedesco was a fabulous salesperson. I originally bought a 2017 Silverado with 31000 miles on Saturday 3/16/2019. I drove it home and later went to dinner with my wife and to church Sunday morning. On the way to work Monday and the transmission started slipping so bad I didn’t think I’d make it to work!! I called Sal who wasn’t in till noon so I left a message for him and asked for the manager who called and left a message saying there wasn’t anything King’s Ford could do for me. That’s when I called Mr. Fuller who told me to bring the truck back to see what could be done. He had Sal show me the other available trucks. We found a great 2017 F150 sport which so far I love. To add to it Doug Fuller had the finance person a ford 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty at cost! Long story short I would buy from King’s Ford again and have no problem recommending them to friends and family. More

I had started my search on line and asked questions , Jamier answered my questions and put me in contact with Brayden who set me up an appointment that was convenient for me, When I got there, Anthony had a print out of what we thought was the car and price I was looking for, turns out the first car I looked at was a SEL not a SE and was a littlie out of the price range I was looking for. Anthony got right to checking available cars in stock that had the options I wanted and were in the price range I wanted. He was very helpful, and answered all my questions, and he did not make me feel pressured to hurry up and buy a new car. More
