Paul Plunket is the person to see if you need something. Paul Plunket is who I deal with when I need something. He can make things happen. He helped me last year with a 2015 Ford Escape and this year with Paul Plunket is who I deal with when I need something. He can make things happen. Service is always completed on time and there is always a follow up from the service manager which is nice if you have a concern.
