I have been using Kings Infiniti service for last 3 years, but after today experience I'm done with them for good. Today I went to get my 60k scheduled maintenance done. It includes key fob battery rep years, but after today experience I'm done with them for good. Today I went to get my 60k scheduled maintenance done. It includes key fob battery replacement, in cabin air filter replacement, multi point inspection and more. I did extra job myself to mark with a marker key fob battery, in cabin air filter also i had a obvious rip on my wiper. In multi point inspection I passed wipers condition; key fob battery and in cabin filters they were obviously not replaced either (marker marks were still on the parts needed to be replaced)so i went back to confront them and all i got from them was they are sorry. I'm sure more items on the list were not replaced or fixed. Also i was there with a 45k scheduled maintenance where they told me my high pressure steering wheel hose is leaking i knew about that, so i asked for a quote they quoted me $886 i told them I'll have it fixed next time because i do have a third party warranty on my car only i don't have a paper work on me, so i made an appointment and suddenly my quote was $492. They are supposed to be helping people instead of that they just finding the ways how to scam pe6ople taking lot of money for a job what is not done. If you have money to waste this is place to go!
