Tim was very pleasant, but also straight to the point with his price quote. He actually beat the leasing price we were expecting over the phone and even got us a deal when we eventually decided on the next trim up once we saw the differences. I was very pleased to see that the price quote pitched over the phone was exactly what we were given at the dealership - not a penny more. The overall experience was very easy, stress free, and Tim was very understanding. My wife and I are very pleased with the QX60 we recieved and will certainly recommend this dealership and Tim to our friends/family. More
