Labor cost to replace a fog light bulb $115.00 I recently took my car to kings infinity for service related to the air bag recall. In the process of performing the recall my dashboard was cracked! I recently took my car to kings infinity for service related to the air bag recall. In the process of performing the recall my dashboard was cracked! They replaced it free of charge but it required my car staying there 4 additional days, which gave me 4 additional days of paying out of pocket for transportation. A loner car was not offered! I then received my car back on the fifth day when I realize my right rear tire sensor was not reading. I took the car back about a week and a half later due to there availability! I was then told the sensor satellite was damaged which is located in the rear bumper. This made a lot of sense because my car was recently hit in the rear bumper! I received a call from infinity stating the repair was done and I should come to pick up my vehicle which I did. Upon leaving kings infinity the low air pressure indicator light on the dashboard came back on. This time none of the tires were reading and indicating the tire pressures! I call to advise of the situation and again I was given a week and a half out appointment. I then received a call from infinity stating that I also have a damaged tire pressure monitor which is located under the steering wheel column which had nothing to due with any of the work they performed! I then reminded them that the dashboard had been replaced during the airbag recall repair. My rep then advised me that they would take care of it free of charge! I also had a fog light that was out, which I asked them to replace (bulb). I didn’t expect them to change the bulb for free but never thought it would’ve cost $115.00 to change a $10.00 bulb. To think, they damaged my dashboard while performing the airbag recall and also damaged the tire pressure monitor while performing the same repair, that also inconvenienced my time and transportation that they would have shown a little compassion and consideration for my lengthy and nightmare experience that I had with kings infinity! More

3 hours to replace a glass mirror only and charge was 450.00 My son was kept waiting for 3 hours to replace a simple glass mirror. Motor and unit intact.
