Horrible service Repairs were outrageous and did not fix the problem. Damaged my motor for the driver mirror and denied any responsibility. Was forced to purchase bran Repairs were outrageous and did not fix the problem. Damaged my motor for the driver mirror and denied any responsibility. Was forced to purchase brand new mirror for $200. Original repair issue resurfaced two weeks after $2400 repair for check engine light. Brought vehicle multiple times and was told the oil was dirty and that’s why the check engine light came on. The oil should have been checked the previous times the car was left for service and the documentation reflected that a 10 point inspection was performed. If this was so the oil issue would have been discovered previously. The car does not drive well and the service experience was horrible. Also very upset that this facility charges a 3.95% fee for non cash payment. This is outrageous and can not be legal. More
