I was very satisfied with the service. I took my Infiniti QX60 back for a screeching sound when I turned. I was informed instantly what the problem was and assured that it was an easy fix and it was. I was initially satisfied with the service only to find out that the windshield wiper fluid that I requested be refilled was not refilled. I was assured that it would be done so I didn't check before I lef out that the windshield wiper fluid that I requested be refilled was not refilled. I was assured that it would be done so I didn't check before I left the service center. I was annoyed that someone left dirty gloves (unintentional) but during these times they should be more careful. On a positive note, John did call me to keep me posted on the progress which was a plus. More
