Do not trust! I had an Infiniti for 2 years when it started to violently shake as I drove. I immediately took it to kings Infiniti to see what was wrong. After the I had an Infiniti for 2 years when it started to violently shake as I drove. I immediately took it to kings Infiniti to see what was wrong. After they checked it they said they I would need an entirely new engine for tens of thousands of dollars. I was panicked. They then told me if I could show proof of 3 oil changes then Infiniti would cover it. It was so hard to track down records from the different gas stations I had gotten the changes, but I did it! After I submitted the documents, they then told me that because the receipts didn’t show what kind of oil was used that they couldn’t accept the proof and I would have to pay. I was so upset because they never said I needed that. Then I decided to get a second opinion because I couldn’t afford the crazy price to put in an entirely new engine. The second mechanic I went to said that in fact I did NOT need a new engine. For a thousand dollars instead of 16,000 I was able to drive away with a car that ran perfectly. Kings Infiniti just wanted to scam me out of a lot of money to change my engine for no reason! More
