Matt is the service Representative in Kings Infiniti service department. He goes out of his way to make sure my issues are fixed correctly with my vehicle. Waited for hours and nothing was done to my vehicle. Total waist of my time. Nelson was also rude and obnoxious, I explained to him what the situation was, when I got my vehicle back all services still Total waist of my time.
