I worked with Joe in service. He was very helpful! Hooked me up with a courtesy vehicle even though I wasn't having anything major done. He even said I could bring it back the next day if that would have hel me up with a courtesy vehicle even though I wasn't having anything major done. Nobody really enjoys buying a new car, but everyone here was extremely courteous and professional. We were allowed to take our time and never felt pressured at all. By the way, my last five cars have been Toyotas (with one deviation)--have been driving them since I was 16! I couldn't even get a salesperson to greet me on the lot at our local (not Kings) Toyota dealership. I was also impressed with the 0% interest for 36 months financing. Yes, we could have bought our car outright (we're old, okay?) but that's kind of like leaving free money on the table when we could leave that money in an interest-bearing account instead. Overall--very impressed with the car, the process and the sales staff. More
