Kings Mazda never disappoints especially if they make the mistake, they will correct it for their clients sake. Long story short- I received the wrong parts for my mechanic to replace my brake pads and rotor mistake, they will correct it for their clients sake. I contacted Kings Mazda service manager on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm and he told me to come immediately to get a vehicle to use for the weekend (I sell real estate and work all weekend when others don't) and they would repair my brakes at their cost since they made the mistake. Most dealers won't hear what you are saying let alone admit their own mistake and that's what I love about Kings Mazda! They are customer driven and focused. The general manager, Rick Royer, made everything immensely better for ALL involved and my family and I will always go back to Kings Mazda for their customer service alone! Number one in my book!
